The staff was very helpful during our visit and the food was out standing! We enjoyed the scenery and putside activities. Especially the tubing!
I had my booking details goofed up but the staff was very helpful and straightened it out. The room is really great and even had a dishwasher, which was surprising. My only complaint was that there was an arched window that didn't have blinds or a cover and let in too much light in the morning.
Very friendly staff. We were early and our room wasn't ready yet so they took my phone number and called when it was ready. Slightly dated rooms, but we weren't bothered by it. They truly think about accommodating their guests. Nice conveniences within the room: fans, extra pillows and blankets, humidifier, and we had a suite with a full coffee maker, blender, utensils of all kinds, a beautiful fireplace and a small balcony. Outdoor pool area was nice as well. At the front desk they also have a weekly list of everything that is happening in the surrounding area, from live music to yoga, etc. We will definitely be back!
The rooms are a little outdated and the atmosphere was blah. They don't have air conditioning because it's cool here but offer a box fan. It was roasting hot in our 430th floor room because hear rises and the box fan is no help. We got here and were informed that the on site restaurant was unavailable for guests because they rented it out to a group for the whole week even though they weren't using it all day. We weren't even offered anything for the inconvenience (which it really was). Other than that it was just good enough. If you go to the village there are great restaurants and shops.
Pool, spa, sauna are amazing a little too overpriced and rooms look like they haven't been updated for 20 years but very convenient and amazing veiws.
