Room was clean and beds decent. Staff here are nice. This place needs renovation badly. Terrible nights sleep because walls are paper thin. You can clearly here people talking room next door and out in the hall. Floors creaked from people upstairs walking around. AC knocks too. Breakfast isn't bad., but definitely would not stay here again
We stayed here in the summer for three nights for super cheap! The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the hot tub was gigantic and lovely, and the breakfast was good.The only issue we had was that our AC wasn't working, but it was cool enough that we just had the window open (what a concept to have windows that open in a hotel!). Also, walls/floors are a little thin, but it didn't disturb me. I was more concerned about my kids causing too much noise for the neighbors. We never had a complaint.
Quaint hotel, staff is eager to assist with any issues that have come up. Parking is very tight in and around the hotel, there is a lot off to the side which one can use, but it's a good walk to get to your room if used. They have this "clean remote bag" that is completely BS, as house keeping hadn't actually cleaned the remote for quite some time. It's pretty disgusting to be honest. Breakfast is pretty standard, coffee is instant from a machine thing which tastes off. Overall would stay again if no other place was available, but would seek reservations elsewhere before hand.
A pretty nice room but unfortunately a terrible night with no sleep due to noise from room above. The floor was so creaky that every time the occupants walked in their room we could hear it. And they were up and moving around ALL NIGHT. The staff did ring the upstairs room and ask them to stop but to no avail. We were also offered a discount voucher for another visit to a Best Western, so the staff honestly did their best. Not a good experience however.
Great hotel! We always stay here for the Winter Park Beer Festival and they are always wonderful! Comfortable, clean and decent breakfast options are a plus! Being so close to the festival area at Hideaway park is a big plus as well! We will continue to stay here for the festival and for any other reason we are in Winter Park! Good value for a clean and comfortable room.
